Here are the steps to easily apply the Contact form on Your Blog.

• Go to Your blog Dashboard.
• Navigate to Layout.
• Then Click on Add A Gadget .
• Then In the Gadget Dialog Box Click on "More Gadgets Option" in the left Menu.
• In the More Gadget Dialog Box you will Find a Gadget Named "Contact Form" at the top only.
• After adding it to your layout Drag it to the place in the layout where you want to see it appear and click on "Save Arrangement".
• And After Saving you have Added the contact form.

 When Some one sends a message to you through the contact form you will get notified by a email sent to your Gmail Account( That account with which you have Created the blog I mean the account which is the Admin of the blog).
