There are some conditions and steps that should be followed for choosing a perfect blog/ niche topic and today I will discuss about those only but before it is important for you to know why choosing a perfect blog topic is so important.

I have summarised the whole process of selecting the Perfect Niche/Blog topic in only 2 simple Steps just follow them and I am sure that you will get the results.

First Step-

 The first step to choose a popular topic with a high search rate for your blog is to make a keyword search with Mr.Google, Yes first you would be required to visit the keyword search tool ( You can visit it here) In that webpage you will find the option " Search for keyword and ad group ideas " click on that and search for the topics that you would be able to write on. When you search for the keywords (Topics) you will get a list of related topic and there in that list chart you would be able to see 2 rows named as "Avg. monthly searches" and "Avg. CPC" which would be only required for you for the time being .

In the list search for the keywords( for you topics) that have a high "Avg. monthly searches" and also a high "Avg. CPC" ( But remember a high "Avg. monthly search" is more important than a high "Avg. CPC") and use only those keywords as your blog topic as it will provide you with more traffic and also with more income from Adsense.

Here I have searched for the the topic Mobiles and There is the image of the Search result below.

 And there are 2 Related Topic with Hich Searches and CPC marked as 1 and 2.

  

Now that You have the perfect Keyword(Topic) to get a good amount of traffic and also a good earning from Adsense it's time to proceed to the final and the most important step.

 Second Step-

To choose a perfect blog/niche topic you need to know some main things (keeping beside the First Step) about the topic you are going to choose, this step is the most important step as it will determine how much you can benefit from the niche/blog topic,  So just answer the following questions before you select the blog/niche topic.

• Do you like the topic that you are going to choose for your blog/niche ?
• Can you write unique posts on the topic (without anyone's help) ?
• Will you be able to write regularly on that specific topic ?
